these strategies, evaluate their strategy choices and assess the impact on the future development of the organisation. You can also provide recommendations if needed.

Your chosen organisation could be a local firm or a foreign firm in Great China (including Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macao). The organisation could be in

private sector or public sector (such as education and healthcare). The chosen case could be successful or unsuccessful.The essay will be assessed for both theoretical

and empirical contributions.
The essay is a research-oriented, which means that you need to search for relevant articles and books to support your analysis, arguments and discussion. You are

expected to locate relevant references from academic and trade journals, newspapers, web sites, and other sources.
