Conflicts

Write a 5 page paper discussing the skills you’ve learned to resolve conflict. What techniques do you find most effective and why? What techniques have posed the most

challenge for you to implement and why? What areas do you think still need improvement? Why? What are your strengths in conflict management and resolution? Why?

Be specific in your answers and relate the concepts to specific examples. Do not be overly broad or vague. Your analysis should be thorough and detailed.

You may use your text as one resource/authority. Be sure to cite within the body of your paper when you are not only quoting from your authorities but also when

paraphrasing or using ideas and concepts or information that comes from other sources.

The book we are using in class is  called “Managing Conflict Through Communications” edition number 5
